How much ash or material is required?
We require 4 tablespoons of ash or material to craft your memorial call. Any remaining material is carefully returned to you alongside your finished call.
How long is production time?
We ask for up to 4 weeks from the time your materials arrive. Creating something this meaningful takes care and attention we are not willing to shortcut. If anything changes, you will hear from us immediately.
How does payment work?
Before we begin crafting your call we will send you an invoice. Once that is taken care of we get to work.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders with one call, shipping will be $7.
For orders with two or more, shipping will be $14.
