Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Shipping cost is not refunded.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different items or colorways. If you would like a different item or colorway, the correct process is to send the item back for a refund and repurchase.

All products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Each product must be unused and in new condition.

Please don’t send returns/exchanges to our office without authorization. Make sure to retain your tracking number.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
