1. General
By accessing or purchasing from Iowa Hunting Products (IHP Call Co.), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products, services, and interactions with our website and team.

2. Products
All calls and products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance due to the nature of the craft. Product images are representative and your finished piece may differ slightly in grain, color, or finish. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Memorial Calls
Memorial call orders require the customer to ship ashes, images, or engraving details to us directly. IHP Call Co. is not responsible for materials lost or damaged in transit to us. We handle all submitted materials with the utmost care and respect. Once a memorial call has been crafted, it is considered a custom order and is not eligible for return or refund.

4. Custom & Handmade Orders
All custom and handmade orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will make it right.

5. Warranty
All acrylic calls are backed by a lifetime warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and tuning. If your call needs a tune or something feels off, send it back and we will take care of it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear.

6. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and approved payment methods listed at checkout.

7. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. IHP Call Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup.

8. Returns & Refunds
Non-custom products may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a refund or exchange. Memorial and custom orders are non-refundable as outlined in Section 4.

9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, photography, and content associated with Iowa Hunting Products and IHP Call Co. are the property of IHP Call Co. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
IHP Call Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
